• Joining elements between 2 sections as glass inspection flap for baking process control -  possibility of visual and practical analysis of baking conditions

• Operating side with sliding doors over entire section length - easy access to burners, igniters, mixing valves and guiding flaps -  flame control through inspection holes

• Baking chamber made from stainless steel sheet metal - efficient heat insulation by mineral fibre board -  oven casing made from stainless steel sheet metal
