TECON has developed a versatile electronic process control system for their advanced technology of raw material handling, dosing and mixing of recipe ingredients, installed in dough / batter / cream preparation systems, as well as in turn-key production lines, including dough forming, baking, cooling and further product handling to feed the packaging machines.

Modern production lines are equipped with centralised PLC process control and operator guiding systems, providing:

• Programming and display of all process parameters by means of     touch screen operator panels

• Control of mechanical, pneumatical and electrical equipment (drive motors, feeders, pumps, valves, sensors, etc.)

• Control of raw material disposal in silos, hoppers, holding tanks etc.

• Control of accurate dosing of all ingredients, as well as control of     sequence and timing of mixing operations

• Tolerance control and protocolling of deviations

• Failures alarm system

• Consumption protocol for each individual ingredient per batch, per hour, per shift, per month, etc.

• Administration of recipes and production programs for different products

• Safety systems, connected to a central alarm system
