With your new machine or installation purchased from TECON you will profit from the first production hour on. – To ensure this from the beginning, we invite you for test runs with your machine in our factory, prior to shipment. This is a good occasion to “touch” the machine and to understand the function and the best way of operation, cleaning and maintenance, before the production starts in our factory.

TECON machines are robust and long lasting. Nevertheless, in case of a problem, which you are not able to solve yourself, even with the comprehensive documentation, supplied with the machine, TECON will help you instantly:
Call us, or send us an e-mail explaining your problem. We are available through our hot-line or a service station nearly. Thanks of a modem connection (if installed) or a specific check list the problem can be solved in shortest time.

Spare parts:

Based on detailed spare parts documentation for all our machines we can supply most of the required spare parts from stock by courier or airfreight.
