Silo Systems

Efficient production lines are using raw material from bulk storage, mainly for flour, sugar, corn flour, sugar substitutes, etc. Even though the infrastructure does not allow delivery from silo trucks, we can provide sack unloading systems for delivery in sacks/bags.
Centralized bulk storage is not only offering economical material disposal, but automatic handling and consumption protocolling of valuable raw material.
We offer our customers the service of turn-key production lines which are also incorporating the bulk storage systems with full guarantee of the interfaces between bulk storage and dosing systems.
For manufacturing of those bulk storage systems, we cooperate with experienced and reliable international companies. Silo bodies can also be fabricated locally under our supervision in order to save shipping costs for our customers.

The systems are made following customer`s and the local area`s requirements and include effective filter systems, drying systems, reliable discharge systems, etc. The units are connected to the indoor conveying systems onto the dosing units.

Tank Systems

Among the silo systems for dry ingredients, also liquid ingredients are beeing shipped and stored in bulk.

We offer liquid bulk storage systems for:

• Vegetable oil

• Liquid fat (shortening)

• Lecithine

• Chocolate / Compound

• Liquid sugar

At most of the applications, these media are stored in stainless steel tanks which are available in jacketed or single-wall execution, with or without agitators, different discharge connections, with or without load cells, etc. We also offer special discharge systems for IBC totes or custom made solutions for non-standard applications.
