| Semi - automatic wafer batter preparation systems, designed for gentle homogeneous mixing of batches (see photo left). The TMA- type batter preparation systems consisting of the batter mixer TM, the holding tank TZB, one pump for emptying the mixer into the holding tank and one pump for automatic batter supply to the baking machines, optionally with CIP systems.
Further options are automatic flour dosing and automatic water dosing. Electric control by PLC with process guiding system, mixing timer and automatic holding tank level control. |
