Fully Automatic wafer batter preparation system designed for gentle homogeneous mixing of batches (see photo left).

All our equipment is made of stainless steel, polished execution, designed for high sanitary standards, optionally delivered with CIP - cleaning.

All machines with full automatic control have PLC process control system optionally with PC based visualisation and database application (see pictures below), automatic batter supply to the baking machines and optional CIP systems.

On TMX systems, the mixer is executed as scale. The major ingredients such as water, flour, starch, milk powder, cocoa, etc. are weighed directly in the mixing bowl. Minor ingredients can be weighed in separate high - precision  scales or dosed by high - precision pumps. All dosing equipment, starting from the silos / tanks with pneumatical conveying systems, receiving hoppers /  use bins / intermediate silos, dosing aggregates such as screw conveyors, rotary valves, etc. is belonging to our production program.

Due to our knowledge of the components, their effect and how to handle them, we are in the position to offer dosing systems even for difficult components like lecithine powder, cocoa powder, coconut chips, etc.
