 Horizontal Cream Mixer Type: HM (fully automatic, PLC controlled, placed on load cells)
| The cream mixer with horizontal mixing drum, strong mixing tools, a main schaft and 2 additional and seperately driven stirrers in several different executions for all kinds of homogeneously mixed creams.
Specially developed for stiff masses with higher vicosities and lower densities. Available in mixing bowl sizes of 150, 300, and 600 liters producing cream from 400 up to 1.600 kgs/h.
All mixers in stainless steel execution, polished for high sanitary standards. The mixing bowl is jacketed for warm water heating / tempering. Mixing drum pressure proof, designed for aeration of creams with compressed air, Carbon - Dioxide or Nitrogen.
Emptying is realized through special slide valve either directly into mobil containers or through pumps into cream holding tanks or depositor hoppers.
Optionally delivered with load cells for ingredients dosing, all kinds of dosing systems, heating or cooling devices, etc. |
